Shipping policy

We currently ship within Malaysia. Standard shipping costs MYR 15 per order and is displayed at checkout.

Orders may require supplier processing before dispatch. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier processing, courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs, or an incomplete delivery address.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different suppliers and arrive in separate parcels.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly at dannishhakim28@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

If a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will investigate the issue with the supplier or courier and provide an appropriate resolution.
