Refund policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with any original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email dannishhakim28@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not return an item to the address shown on the parcel. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, incorrect-size, or preference-based returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect, damaged, or defective when delivered.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue with the supplier.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards, final-sale items, and customised or personalised products are also non-returnable.

When an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Orders can be cancelled only before supplier processing begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipment.
